It may sound strange, but we don’t have even a single article of OUR OWN organization on OUR OWN blog site. As the saying goes, Better late than never, we have finally created a category which caters to SCG issues.
The 8th SCG meeting had the following participants

We had discussion on the following issues
1. Approaching engineering colleges for increasing the technical member base
2. Approaching corporates for providing consultancy services and project implementation
3. T-shirt design
4. Name card design
5. Pamphlet on social consultancy group
6. Write-up to be sent to various colleges
7. Creation of SCG chapters like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Singapore, Sydney based on the name of city
Our focus for the next one month will be on increasing the membership base by approaching IEEE council of engineering colleges.
The unique idea of approaching IEEE members instead of princiapals (who are usually snobbish… : ) was given by none other than our South Indian Star Mr. Biju Krishnan….standing ovation….hehe)
We missed out Prof. Nirja in the photographs as she had already left by the time Sir Nitin (aka SCG official photographer) could take out his double SLR (self loading) camera.
