The Problem is many BlueTooth enabled phones is a security flaw in the BlueTooth stack. this can lead to the attacker gaining access to Phone Book, Messages and even make calls from the phone.
I hit on a nice Video on youtube showing a Proof of concept (PoC) of it. Have a look and the best bet is disable bluetooth when not needed.

Cisco’s new CRS-1 4-Slot Single-Shelf System an Foundation for IP NG Network.
The new Cisco CRS-1 4-Slot Single-Shelf System is a compact 40-Gbps router, can fit in a standard rack.
It can extend the core to regional class 3 and 4 central offices, MSO hub locations, and especially data center peering sites.
It represents a smaller, more cost-effective configuration of the Cisco CRS-1 Carrier Routing System, which marks a new era in carrier IP communications by powering the foundation for network and service convergence today while protecting investments for decades to come.
This would mean the Line Cards, MSC’s and PLIMs and more so over cost saving.

Seagate Technology is planning to begin shipping a hard-disk drive with a 1T-byte storage capacity sometime during the first half of 2007
The drive, which will offer one-third more space than Seagate’s current highest-capacity drive, is expected to ship to major customers like system and PC vendors during that time-frame, Seagate said.
The switch to a new data recording technology called perpendicular recording is the key to enabling some big jumps in storage capacity on hard-disk drives. (more…)
Google “Tips,” where Google promoted certain of their own products over organic search results, have been quietly pulled down or may be the service is down but i don’t see it.
Until recently, Google searches for Calendar, Blogging, Photo Sharing and others returned “tips” above normal search results suggesting users try Google Calendar, Blogger and Picasa, respectively.
Firefox co-founder Blake Ross criticized the change in a widely read blog post, and the rest of, the world generally too followed the suit.
I did see a few appreciating/finding it interesting {i pulled the image from him} Kiruba
I really don’t think Google’s strategy was bad, what do you guys think.
Openbeacon has unveiled an open source tracking system at the Chaos Communication Congress (Berlin), which is an annual meeting of the international hacker scene. This event attracts technology enthusiasts who examine the implications of technology on society.
This tracking system can be used for following people around buildings. The creators of the OpenBeacon system sold 900 tags at ?10 (US$13) each to attendees who volunteered to be tracked during the four-day event. Some attendees bought multiple tags to experiment with later.
OpenBeacon uses chips from Nordic Semiconductor ASA that transmit and receive over the 2.4GHz frequency, which is available for unlicensed use in many countries. At the conference, the chips communicated with nearby base stations which sent data back to a central server. There were 23 base stations positioned around the conference center.
A good boss is really rare specimen. If you find somebody telling, “I had a good boss”, he’s right, he truly had one. We start liking our bosses only after they have left the company OR have left the world.
Although I have no management degree, with a few years of experience, I feel like writing a few tips on being a good boss, or rather how to seem like a good boss…!
Tip 1 : Good bosses have good understanding of the task relationship curve. Its a simple theory, all tasks seem dull and boring, they only way you can infuse some enthusiasm in the employees is by adding a bit of emotion and human touch to the act. Building relationship with your subordinates is the only way of doing it. After a few steps of building a relationship, add a few tasks to your subs kitty.
